When a child is overstressed, nothing works in the child's head

This is true, when children are exhausted, they no longer learn but with extracurricular activities, they regain their strength and feel good. Children enjoy these activities especially when they are not being forced to do it. It helps develop their mindset and strengthen them to be active in classroom activities.
