Traveling overseas doesn't means if you go there you may become rich and healthy, there are so many poor people in different countries, the only thing good in travelling overseas is that, you will experience new things, meet new people and learn alot, you may even learn how to speak different languages, anyone thinking of traveling overseas, I say don't go there to play, go for business and to gain more knowledge, because in the whole world, different countries there are also poor people, if you don't work hard you won't make it over there, your understanding and theirs aren't the same, you have to be honest, friendly and open to them, by doing that you will go far over there, depending on the country you choose..

for me I wish to travel round the world, because I need to experience new things and meet new people who will lead me to my destination, you can't prosper in life without someone, even God himself can't come down from heaven to bless you, he will use a MAN to bless you, so my wonderful steemians, my Three best country I will love to travel to if I have the opportunity is USA, India and china. I wish to go to this country because there is a reason which I will explain them in the next question...

My first country I will love to migrate to is the united States of America, in the USA their employment laws are very important because it exists to help the balance of many employees and employers equally, it gives economic standby by allowing the employers to operate freely in their business, as long as the don't treat employee badly or even discriminate or expose employee to work that are not save.

In the USA work are given to people to acquire sense of self satisfaction, in a sense that you can support yourself in any aspect, as you work you are paid and you can cover up some of your bills. During this month on the 18, the median hourly pay for a citizen of America work in the USA was $18 dollar, this is paid per hour.

So me working in this country means alot for me, because I won't be dependent on my parents or anyone, I will be comfortable alone. Their rules are also good, I love it because, their rules are their rules if you break the rules, you are Gail up immediately, it's not like my country Nigeria, so that the reason why I choose this country first..

My second country is India, I love this country so much, from their dressing, their makeup and how the dance, there are also good in acting, I have so many reasons to go here. In India, the benefits are those right and privileges employees in India enjoy, this includes medical insurance, vacation time, maternity leave.

In all of this all companies in that country must at least give some statutory benefits to their different employee, depending on the size of industry. When employed as a worker in India, sometimes when you fall sick or any of your family fall sick, the company take control of that and make sure it's fix.

Due to the Glassdoor, the median Base pay in the country India is INR9,45,489, this is paid per year, and this can range from a lowest level of INR 8,000 per month to a higher range of INR 1,43,000 per month..
With this, am able to balance on my own, not only balancing, I will come to understand them more..

Finally I have reach the last question, my third country which I wish to travel to is china, this country is incredible, all the phone which we use in different countries are being produced by then, even some accessories are manufacture by them, there are very creative and I wish to be like them one day.

In china right now the organized security payments done by employee and employee fund are local benefits. During last year, all Chinese organized security uses, it called the 5 plus 1 system, this is where workers and boss pay towards work injury, unemployment housing pension and medical insurance.

As may 29 last year, the median monthly salary in china mainland was close to 29,300 yuan which s $4,214 in USD, which finally translate to the annual pay of close to 351,600 yuan, in USD it's is 49,200 dollar.
