Greetings to all my dear Steemian friends, how are you all? Hope you all are well by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am also very well. Today I'm here at Hindwell Community to take part in the 27th week of the Food Diary Game competition. I am the Hindwhale Community. Organized CONTEST ALERT!!! -"HWC Contest #96: Food Diary Game - WEEK -27", as always, food contests are held this week. I am glad to have this beautiful contest. Before participating in this competition I first thank the organizer of this competition @jyoti-thelight (ma'am) who organized such a beautiful competition for us. So let's get started----
I think that morning time is very important for all of us because if we don't eat in the morning. Then weakness or other physical problems may appear in our body. So I try to eat light food every morning, which will keep my body healthy. By eating this breakfast we stay strong for a long time.
Today I have delicious food for breakfast. Which my mother is cooking for us in the morning. And this food in our country's common language or mother tongue we call Khuder Bhaat. This Khuder Bhaat has an English name "Spicy Broken Rice". And this Khuder Bhaat is made in our house with some simple ingredients. This food tastes great. Along with this Khuder Bhaat there are some other items which are almond bharta and potato bharta. In the morning, it was very delicious to eat hot Khuder Bhaat with potato bharata and almond bharata. And eating this breakfast keeps me energized for a long time. Now it is winter and for breakfast this Khuder Bhaat is served with filling.
For our healthy and normal life, lunch should be given special importance. We can get by with a light breakfast in the morning, but not without a heavy meal in the afternoon. So my favorite lunch is fish and meat with rice and vegetables. Lunch is very important for a person, because during noon people have more demand for heavy food.
On my lunch plate today, I had plenty of rice, a slice of lemon, a cucumber salad, and two raw peppers as per my lunch requirements. Apart from that, I have fried chicken which I love the most. Next was my pangas fish curry. And the reason why this fish curry is preferred is that this fish is not cut. Pangash fish curry is preferred for this. Played with these foods for lunch today.
I have a light snack every evening. Today I have a chicken burger and a mojo for evening snack. I usually get chicken burgers from a fast food place in our area. In the evening I have a chicken burger and a cold drink called "Mojo". And usually I like cold drinks a bit. I enjoyed all these delicious snacks in the evening.
Whatever food we eat throughout the day, our main meal at night is rice. And I like to eat rice at night, today my dinner is on the plate, rice according to my needs, along with roo fish curry, and taki fish bharta. Along with that, another one of my favorite dishes for dinner is what happened. Various delicious vegetable curries for this winter season. I enjoy all these foods at night with pleasure.
Today I am participating in week 27 of the Hindwell Community "Food Diary Game" Competition.My food diary post where I present to you my food list for different times from morning to night and I hope you like my presentation.
