Communication is a very powerful weapon, it comes in two ways, it can destroy and it can build. Each letters in the "communication" stands for great meaning

C - Clear
O - Open
M - Meaningful
M - Mutual
U - Understanding
N - Necessary
I - Informative
C - Consistent
A - Accurate
T - Transparent
I - Interactive
O - Ongoing
N - Nimble

Communication skill is a power, is one of the powerful tool that can add success in someone's life both personal and professional realms.

Effective communication gives room to individuals to be able to air their minds, from the communicating with each other you will be able to share ideas, you will be able to clear some doubt. Then if there was no understanding, From the communicating, you will now understand each other.

I will love to bring in the aspect of husband and wife, imagine couples having issues and each of them goes their separate ways. what do you think will happen if they don't seat down and discuss?

There is nothing there calling each other then seat down and air out your minds, form communicating one will be able to express his or herself better and from there the issues will be iron out.

One situation where communication skill is especially crucial is among friendship. There are two friends in my church, when I was a new member in my church, I usually think that this two ladies are related by blood because of the way they were doing things together. At times you will see them twinny their dress, they wore the same outfit at all times but recently I noticed they are having issues, they got separated for over six months now, the issues had prolong to the extent that they no longer greet each other again in church, some of the members have start noticing.

So in this kind of aspect, I think they lack communication, if they were able to seat down together and communicate they will both settle their query and moved on the way they use to be.

So in every relationship I think communication matters alot.

Another aspects that communication skills is powerful in among siblings, I have taught my kids on how to speak up, at times in school you will see the three of them gather together and discuss and people will be asking why they are so use to each other. So communication brings togetherness among siblings.

Throughout history, there have been numerous examples where communication skill has played a key role in bringing about significant change. One such example is the civil rights movement in the United States during the 1950s and 1960s, where leaders such as Martin Luther King Jr. effectively communicated their messages of equality and justice to inspire millions of people to support the cause and bring about change.

For one to be able to improve their communication skills is through listening, I was taught that before you reply you should listen first so that you will be able to know what to talk. Is like two parties fighting and shouting at each other, with this aspect one won't be able to improve on his or her, so if you want to improve on your communication skills, speak when you are ask to speak and with that, not only will you improve on your communication skills but you will also command respect.
