Hi friend, you certainly chose three great countries with a lot of history.
Japan is one of the most disciplined and well organized countries, it would be a great experience to live in a country with that quality.
England is full of history and as you mention in your post, education is excellent with a great learning opportunity.
Saudi Arabia, has some breathtaking scenery and has had a great development in recent years.
I hope you get to go to some of those countries. Regards.
