Good day everyone, it's a beautiful contest to participate in, personally I think labourers should be given more than a day to celebrate them because they bring more than a thing to the table interns of economic, socio-political and moral values in the society, permit me to go straight to the contest.

The need to advocate for Worker's Right is really paramount, worker's are also entitled to live the best of life outside their working scheme with good payment, political and other economic decisions making. Also, workers are entitled to early payment and weekly incentives, this will be a source of encouragement to them.

Also, advocating for advocating for Worker's Right can not be bargained because these workers deserves to have quarterly leave from work so they can also focus on their family, fields and other off-work engagements even their health, we have seen couple of times retired workers come back home really sick and weak and yet will be receiving peanuts as pension, this narrative has to change.

Nobody is super human, workers deserves an equal right of judgement and decision making as well as treatment irrespective of gender in their respective workplace, no gender should be treated higher or lower than the other, they all put in the work and as such should be treated with fairness.

The labour union should make a rule that aims at punishing biased gender treatment at work, this will make room for efficient task completion with absolute success rate. No gender rules another so everybody should be treated right and awarded same.

It is not a fairy tale that some works could really be demanding, it spans to time, energy and resources, this can get the workers drained out and gasping for time to heal. The quest to complete work task is so draining and could deny one time to rest and have a refreshed start thereby stressing the brain which might lead to psychological breakdown.

Head of departments should atleast consider the health risk of their jobs and give less jobs/tasks to their staffs, this will also help the job to be finished on time, with less energy needed, by so doing staffs will also have time to work on themselves to better their health and even their dieting.

Working remotely, thanks to technological advancement and the adoption of this idea in the labour market, personally I see it to be a welcome development, let's talk a little memory trip to during the COVID pandemic, people were working from home and still delivered their task even with so much ease.

I think this should be encouraged to it higher order, workers will now have enough time for their family, take care of themselves and do their hobbies without thinking of having a long day at work with their every transportation fee and possible accidents going to and fro work, this is the future of of work without being argued on.
