Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I am going to participate in the engagement contest on the popular game of my country in the 6th week of Engagement Challenge in "Hindwhale Community". I thank "Hindwhale Community" team like every week for choosing an excellent topic this week and at the same time I present my post to you.
Our country name is Bangladesh and we have many popular sports in this country. Among those games, I am mentioning the traditional and popular game of boating in our rural Bengal today. Bangladesh is a riverine country and there are many rivers scattered in Bangladesh like a net, so every year traditional boating festivals are organized in different parts of Bangladesh. People from different villages and skilled sailors used to attend this popular boating festival. In a word, this boating game evokes the old tradition of rural Bengal and retains the memory of rural Bengal, which is why boating is a popular sport in Bangladesh.

Boating does not feature in international competitions such as the Olympics or World Championships. Because it is a traditional game of village Bengal and this popular game has been played in Bangladesh since long time. The boating game highlights the traditions of Bangladesh and brings peace of mind to the people of rural Bengal. There are some other popular and interesting sports like boating in Bangladesh which many countries of the world know less about. That's why we don't see this traditional and popular game of village Bengal in Olympics or World Championship.

Basically I mentioned boating as a popular sport in my country which is not played at international level. In that case, the boat drivers or sailors of their own country are considered as players. In that case I can say that my country's rowers are the best in the world. Because I have never seen an international game like boat race being held on different TV channels in foreign countries. That's why I think our country's kholowadas may be the best in the world in boating, but they are not known in the world court.
As the boatmen are common people in our rural areas, their names are not known to people outside our country. Moreover, this game is a team game where many sailors in one boat manage the boat. So this game is not played by any special person but by common people of rural areas.

My country's popular sport and my country's national sport are not the same. Because there are many popular sports in our country and they are: cricket, football, boating etc. But the national game of our country is only one and that is Ha-doo-doo. Ha-doo-doo game is mostly played in rural areas of Bangladesh. There are no specific rules for playing ha-doo-doo and the game is played with different rules in different regions of Bangladesh. Ha-du-du or Kabaddi is the national sport of Bangladesh and was given official status in 1972. Bangladesh Professional Kabaddi Federation was formed in 1973.
Every country in the world has certain popular sports that the viewers of that country enjoy watching. Popular games vary by country. The popular sports of a country preserve the traditions of that country which is why popular and national sports are so dear to us.

La navegación como deporte no es muy popular a nivel mundial, se considera más como un trabajo o profesión de transporte, pero viéndolo como deporte o disciplina es muy bueno y con propósitos nobles en los países con muchas fuentes fluviales como Bangladesh.
En Argentina existen varias disciplinas deportivas relativas al agua, a las embarcaciones, algunas a nivel olimpiCo y otras más como afición.
Algún día el deporte tradicional rural de bengala será reconocido como tal ya que cumple una función milenaria escencial de transporte y cuidado de personas que van en las embarcaciones.

Hey friend that good looks all that sailing I tell you that I do not like here in my country Venezuela to be exact in Ciudad Bolivar here to go to a state that separates us is the Orinoco Bridge you can go by boat or curiaras also by car I prefer the latter, I do not like it gives me a lot of nerves hahaha or I get dizzy, but you are used to ok I wish you luck, happy afternoon.
