“My Train Journey by @mdkamran99”
Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you are all well. I'm fine too. I am Mohammad Kamran Hossain. Today I am going to participate in a wonderful contest among you in "Hind Whale Community" and today's contest is organized by @deepak94 sir. The main topic of today's contest is about a train journey of mine. I thank @deepak94 sir who organized this wonderful contest on train journey. However, now I am sharing with you a train journey I took a few days ago.
I last traveled by train from Khulna to Jhikargacha and Benapole last month or 24th of January. The places I travel or visit by train are Jhikargacha, Gwadkhali and Benapole.
- Gwadkhali : Originally Jhikargacha is the name of a railway junction where we got down to Gowadkhali. Gowadkhali is called the kingdom of flowers and the largest flower nursery in Bangladesh is located here. Every year people from different parts of the country come to this flower garden for the purpose of traveling to the place where different species of flowers are cultivated which are very beautiful to look at.

- Benapole : Benapole is a place located in the border area of Bangladesh and it is a place located in the border area of Bangladesh and India the place is also very beautiful and many people visit here every year and it is the gateway to India from Bangladesh.

Last 22 Jan 2023 one of my friend invited me to go on train journey and he also said 2 more dear friends of mine will travel by train with me. I agreed with him and the date of travel was 24 January 2023. The train to Benapole that day was very early in the morning or at 7 am. Our intention was to visit two places in one day. So we decide first before going to Benapole we will first get down to Jhikargacha to Gowadkhali Phulbagan and from there again take train to Benapole. As usual, I and my three friends together with four of us left early in the morning and went to Daulatpur railway station which is 5 km from our house and booked 4 train tickets for us. Then our journey starts for Jhikargacha or Gowadkhali.

After traveling by train for about 2 hours we reached Jhikargacha. Then we got down from Jhikargacha and left for Gowadkhali in an autorickshaw. It cost Bangladeshi taka 45 or (1.8 steem) to reach my jhikargacha from Daulatpur and Baladesi 25 taka or (1 steem) each to get down to Jhikargacha by autorickshaw to Gowadkhali. Then by 10 am we reached our first destination Gowadkhali.

We complete gowadkhali tour within 2 hours and then we again take auto rickshaw for 25 taka or (1 steem) per person to Jhikargacha rail junction and wait for some time for the next train as we will now go to Benapole or Indian border. While waiting at the railway junction we capture several pictures on our mobile cameras. Meanwhile a friend of mine bought a train ticket to Benapole where the fare was 25 taka or (1 steem) per person.

Sometime or around 2 PM our train arrived and then we boarded the train and left for Benapole. After traveling for about 1 hour we reached Benapole. Then we traveled to Benapole border by an autorickshaw from Benapole railway station. We wandered around the Indo-Bangladesh border at Benapole for quite some time.

After wandering around for a while, we went to the railway station again at 5 pm and bought a ticket for Benapole to Khulna for 75 taka or (3 steem). Then after traveling for 3 hours we reached our destination Daulatpur station at 8 pm and then from there we took auto rickshaw with a fare of 20 taka or (0.8 steem) per person to our respective homes.

I had three very close friends with me on the trip last January 24, 2023. They are also my steemian friends and we always travel together. their names
Basically, my two friends MD Rakibul Islam & SK Enamul Islam spent or traveled with them all the time is memorable for me. Because they both are my old school friends of more than 17 years. But if we talk about some special moments, sitting by the window of the train or all the friends traveling together and having fun through different conversations in the train will be quite memorable for me. As we 4 friends don't usually travel far together this day was special and memorable for us as the four of us spent the whole day traveling together.
I have had many happy moments in my life and train travel is one of them. But this winter, rail travel is very alive for me. Even today I reminisce about that train journey whenever I get a chance. If my dear friends in the service had not come with me, I might not have enjoyed it like this. I will remember the moments of having such a fun time with dear friends for the rest of my life.

A sudden decision to travel by train was really a beautiful moment for us. We have gained a new experience. Sometimes such a trip is quite nice. Hope we get to travel again someday.
