Materials ◑◑◑◑

⇨ Roo fish pieces 4 pieces.
⇨ Gourd leaves 4 pieces of large size.
⇨ As much as mustard oil.
⇨ Salt is to taste.
⇨ Sauce- 1 teaspoon.
⇨ Vinegar - 1 teaspoon.
⇨ Lemon juice- 1 spoon.
⇨ Onion batter - 2 large size.
⇨ Garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
⇨ Cumin batter - 1 teaspoon.
⇨ Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon.
⇨ Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon.


Step 1

First wash the fish pieces and drain the water. Onion batter, garlic batter, cumin batter, chili powder, turmeric powder, soy sauce, vinegar, mustard oil should be mixed well.

Step 2

Apply lemon juice on the fish pieces.

Step 3

After applying lemon juice, marinate the fish with all the spices for 30-45 minutes. So that the spices can enter the fish well.

Step 4

Clean the gourd leaves and apply mustard oil on them.

Fry the leaves with marinated fish and tie them with twine.

Step 6

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Then one by one the fish wrapped in leaves should be covered with oil.

Step 7

Once in a while, open the lid and turn it upside down and fry it. If the color of the leaf changes, it should be taken down and put in a beautiful environment. You can also eat roo fish paturi with white rice, polao or emni.
