Oats Banana Pancakes Healthy Breakfast Recipe.

Assalamu Alaikum, how are you my dear Steam family members Alhamdulillah I am fine too. There are very few people who do not care about their health. Nowadays people are suffering from various diseases. Because nowadays people are eating most of the food with adulteration. Due to eating adulterated food, various types of diseases are nesting in the human body. If people are a little aware and keep some healthy food in their daily food list then both body and mind will be healthy. There are many people in the world who don't care about their health and only eat oil spices and different types of fast food based on the taste of the food, it does not improve their health but causes many unknown diseases in the body.

Today's nutritious and delicious breakfast recipe for dieters. Today I will share the recipe of Oats Banana Pancakes.
Qualities of Oats: Oats have fiber, minerals, vitamins, it is cholesterol free.
Quality of banana: Banana has protein, fat, fiber.
Eggs: Eggs contain vitamins, lutein,
Milk: Milk contains all kinds of vitamins and calcium

Materials:

  • Flour- 1 cup
  • Oats- 1 cup
  • Liquid milk- 1 cup
  • Egg-1
  • Banana - 1
  • Baking powder - 2.5 teaspoons
  • Pink salt- 2.5 teaspoons
  • Ghee - like quantity

First flour then oats then baking powder-pink salt should be mixed well. Then mash the banana well so that there are no grains.

Then I made a batter with egg and liquid milk. This mixture will make 3 pancakes. In just 15 minutes.

Then brush the pan with light ghee and cover it with batter for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, lift the lid and see that the perfect pancake is ready. I made 3 pack cakes one by one. It takes only 15 minutes to make pancakes. After making the pancake, now it's time to serve it. I made it for my nieces.
