International Labour Day is indeed a day to be celebrated, thank you @deepak94 for bringing up this topic because workers should be celebrated
In every part of the world, they are worth celebrating and honoring because it has not been easy working as government workers or private workers.

Workers contribute a lot in their little power and ability to do well in their respective jobs. The Doctors and Nurses, the Lawyers and barristers, engineers, and many other workers are doing their best in their respective jobs. How about the road constructors and many more who are sacrificing their time and efforts to do what they are supposed to do? Kudos! Should be given to them and they deserve to be appreciated.

I am going to share my opinion on the two I selected among the four so, let's move further as these two choices make the topic easier for understanding.

Workplace Mental Health:

The fact that a person is working doesn't mean the person should be denied comfort because workers need comfort to be able to do the job well and perfectly. The comfort I am talking about includes, having a good salary pay and as well as good structures and well-conditioned safe area for these workers.

Mental health has to do with a person's rest of mind and memory, anything that would affect or disturb the mental brain of a worker might lead to the misbehavior of such worker therefore, these people should be honored with days as worker's days know, you make them feel appreciated and respected too.

Gender Equality in the Workplace:

Gender equality has been a great issue and I will be very happy to share my ideas on it. In my country particularly, there are these differences set among genders sometimes when it comes to job issuing in the country and is that right? No!

Gender Equality will make everyone feel among in the country and complaints of lack of jobs in families will be reduced if these jobs are given equally. Equality is always bad because when it comes to jobs, at some point, men are picked more than females in jobs like security jobs but if there is equality in the job giving I think women will not feel left behind.
