Steemit Engagement Challenge / SEC-S19 / W5 | " Why is gender equality necessary? "
How are you? Hope so everyone would be safe and sound just like me as I am also safe Alhamdulillah...
I am very happy to participate in this engagement challenge which is all about equality of gender.
Gender equality is very important and it plays a crucial role in a well mannered society.Gender equality basically is a concept of giving equal rights to all genders so it means that we should have respect for all genders.
My personal perspective at gentle equality is that whatever gender a person have is not because of him or her because it is all about genetics so there is no involvement of that person or that gender.
Many people talk about equality of women rights in comparison to men and this is a good thing but not only women deserves equal right but also those people that are transgender also deserve equal right because all are humans and all have right to live and not only right to live to be happy also that's why there should be equal opportunity in every aspect of life for all genders either it is a man,woman or transgender.
If I talk about giving education to children then my personal belief is that it is very important because with time we need more awareness in society for making society well mannered and more successful so we can play our role in guiding children that they should keep themselves in place of those people whom they don't respect and which are deprived of their rights.
That was all about my perspective about gender equality. Hope you all understand and like it!!

En la vida hay varias cosas que jamás tenían que haber existido por el bien de nuestro desarrollo social y, la desigualdad de género es una de ellas porque, cuando crecemos en un entorno donde tanto la mujer y el hombre viven en una constante confrontación, no crecemos como seres sociales por lo tanto, en este punto es importante que todos entendamos que el hombre y la mujer son complementos y nadie es más que otros.
