You have told in your own words about personal life story of you when after divorce ,your children don't know much about it so you want to say that children don't understand parents in very earlier stage of their life but as the get mature then they try to understand situations.

I once saw in a program that chains must be broken so that they do not remain the same, that is what my children's father has not done, to tell them the truth about why he left.
