In the age of technology, We can't deny the benefits of social media it has in many ways in our lives and has changed the lifestyle easily. Social media goes beyond boundaries, linking individuals globally and changing communication, acting as an important marketing resource and encouraging worldwide connection.

Excessive social media use without reasonable controls can spread misinformation, compromise privacy, reduce productivity, and negatively impact mental health. Therefore, it is imperative to use social media platforms in moderation by following time limits, turning off notifications, assessing the credibility of information and focusing more on real-life relationships.

The benefits of social media are greater than the drawbacks when used then with responsible. Individuals must practice self control and also control our childreN by monitoring their usage, safeguarding personal information, and fact checking content from social media sites. Be safe be happy.
