We also listened to her (@lavanyalakshman) arguments, She was added to our community in the interim, already doing a good job as a moderator, so we promoted her to admin post. And she is not fully willing but she was given this position knowing her hard work and her SP, Reputation excellence.

And she herself has said that she will resign from this post. Let us wait to remove her from that position as soon as possible and ensure that such things do not happen in our community. We cannot blame the whole community if anyone makes a mistake, many people are working sincerely and honestly.
