Application for Steemit Engagement Challenge - Season 11

Dear Friends,
On behalf of #hindwhale community's members, admins and moderators I am glad to apply for "Steemit Engagement Challenge- Season 11".

This time we are proud to participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season Eleven. It's been 9 months since our community started and in the last 9 months we've seen incredible growth and continuous running on Steemit. Our community has already successfully organized this engagement contest once. So, all our admins and moderators are confident that with our experience we can organize this event better and more successfully.

A brief description of the purpose of the community.

The #hindwhale community was established as a generic Steemit user community with the intention of assisting, educating about Steemit, giving support to all users who wish to succeed and develop their Steemit accounts.

The entire process in steemit is frequently overwhelming to a newcomer, who often doesn't know where to start. Each beginner receives the direction and assistance they require from HindWhale, and the community team supports them along the way.

The following describe our missions and Visions :

Mission:

Our mission is to help every new member who joins Steemit, we support them when they join our community and try to guide them with motivation and appropriate help because we already have experienced person to guide newbies when they join.

Vision:

Everyone should choose Steam Blockchain as their first choice for all their social networking needs. Everyone who joins Steemit will live a better life than before, we promise.

At #hindwhale community, everyone has the opportunity to advance their lives by sharing their stuff, ideas, with the world. While our members regularly run contests on Steemit, we encourage them to engage in creative activities to keep them engaged.

Brief history of our community.

We always wanted people to carry out their work in an ethical manner, the #hindwhale community is established as a general community for memebers from all over the world, serving a larger audience. Our entire team consists of reputable individuals, and we adhere to all the rules that govern this ecosystem.

We almost reached our one year as a successful community and also we have been selected as the best community for 2023 and selected for booming support as tire 3 communities. And we believe we have all the qualifications defined by Steemit team to organise the Steemit Engagement Challenge - for Season 11 as follows:

• Our community has been active more than three months.

• Our community have at least 70+ active posters.

• Our community account has 2,776.33 SP of its own, and 22,495.20 SP in total, including delegations.

• Our community has not have any compulsory delegation or beneficiary for votes policy.

• All our Admins and Moderators are currently active, have a Reputation of more than 65, not be powering down. we have at least #club5050 status, and not be using any bid bots or delegation for votes service.

• We two admins hold ALL the keys for the community account.

• Our community accounts uses more than 75% of earnings to build up the Steem Power rest of all use for contest rewards.

Our community's official curation account is @hindwhale. We two administrators @deepak94 and @jyoti-thelight now have access to the private active and private posting keys for the main community curation account. To perform responsibilities involving curation, post, and comment creation, each moderator has access to the posting key.

Details of the community’s current policy for checking and commenting on posts

Our community carefully adheres to the Steemit guidelines to avoid misuse and plagiarism while also supporting those who create good articles by giving them encouragement on a regular basis. Furthermore, instruct our moderators in how to guide the community towards being plagiarism-free.

Accordingly, we use tools like smallseotools to check for plagiarism, ZERO GPT & GPT-2 to check for AI content, and to chesk clubs we use tools like steemcryptic and steemtools.

In addition, we have trained our moderators and made sure they are aware of our policy, which is outlined below.

Details of how the community helps members improve the quality of their posts.

We take care of each and every one of our members to maintain a clean environment. Through Google Meet, Telegram and Discord, we occasionally assist users to clear their doubts and aswering their raised wuestions. Apart from this we conduct weekly powerup contest in our community through which our members can learn powerup tutorial and also increase their Steem Power and give good benefit to our Steemit platform. So far around 8.5 K Steems have been converted to Steem Power through these contests.

Reasons why our community should be selected for the Challenge.

We appreciate the Steemit team's support of the #hindwhale community and are excited about the chance to establish ourselves as one of top Steemit communities.

Our community has been running well for the last 9 months on Steemit and our Moderators have been working tirelessly along with us and they have not received any benefit other than the upvotes they get for their posts. We hope that if we get this opportunity, our moderators and our members will benefit and our community will become more popular.

To develop our region and enhance the environment for all, we put a lot of effort into putting excellent ideas and projects into action. If given the opportunity to plan this season, we can accomplish more and it will be beneficial for us.

We hereby assure you that if we get this opportunity this time, we will all come together and finish this season successfully. We are hoping the Steemit team will review our application and that they will approve their choice. We anticipate that the review panel will accept our application for SEC 11.
