Hello, friends welcome to my post in which I have discussed the Food Diary Game as part of my participation in this 👉contest organized by @jyoti-thelight

A lot of us believe that for us to stay satisfied we must at least eat three square meals in a day. This is what I grew up with and sometimes I eat even more than three thrice a day and sometimes twice or once a day. As for today, I missed eating breakfast because I don't feel like eating anything.


Breakfast/Lunch

I left my home early in the morning without eating breakfast. I planned to eat in a restaurant, but I didn't eat which I thought it nice to cook at home. As for my breakfast, I would say that I took soya beans milk with fried buns which I bought and ate in the market.

As I got home, it was already afternoon which was around 2:45 pm, I then ate carrots and groundnuts. I like eating carrots which is a vegetarian food, and eating it with fried groundnut usually makes sense I would like you to give it a try if you haven't done so before.


Dinner

As for my dinner, I ate okra soup with fufu which I will be showing you how I prepared it. Okra soup is one of the easiest soups to cook and it is loved by almost everyone. Let's begin by looking at the ingredients that I used.


Ingredients:

  • Okra
  • Ogbono
  • Vegetable leaf
  • Meat
  • Dry fish
  • Palm oil
  • Crayfish
  • Onion
  • Pepper
  • Seasoning
  • Salt

Cooking Steps

  • I wash and put the meat inside the pot cook it for about 10 minutes and add seasoning to it.

  • I wash and add the dry fish with a little quantity of water and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes.

  • I grind pepper mix it with onion and add it to the pot and allow it to boil to some extent.

  • I then mixed the ogbono with palm oil poured it into the soup and stirred to mix very well.

  • After about 2 to 3 minutes of putting the ogbono, I then add the slice of Okara seasoning, and salt and allow to cook for an extra 5 minutes.

  • I then add, vegetable leaves and allow them to cook for a minute which I then bring down for eating.

Hola amigo @josefa, eres excéntrico en tu forma de comer, pero estoy de acuerdo contigo, debemos comer cuando nuestro organismo así lo desee, pero existe una coincidencia muy natural respecto al tipo de digestión que posees, creo que tú digestión es lenta y logras pasar tiempo largo entre comida y comida, pero se te activa más por las tardes-noche; me gusta que sepas realizar tus menús, es ventajoso.

You have shared a very nice diary game post with us. By writing a diary we can record the good deeds of our life and refrain ourselves from the bad deeds. Also we can share our daily activities in the form of a bread, this is a very good thing. I can write it down so we can enjoy it later if we want. Anyway I really enjoyed reading your diary. You have spent some wonderful moments in the busyness of the whole day which is really wonderful. Also if you don't like to eat nutritious food it is a very good thing because health is the root of all happiness so we should eat nutritious food regularly to keep our body in good condition which will help us to keep healthy and also help us in daily activities. Also by reading your post I know that you had some wonderful moments that you shared with us. Anyway, thank you so much for sharing some of your wonderful moments with us.
