Welcome to the Food Diary blog. Hope you all are healthy and safe and having a great time on this wonderful platform and enjoying the contests in different communities. Today I'm going to show you a recipe from breakfast to lunch and what kind of food I added to my list on 17th August. Today I'll share with you.

Before starting this post I thank the Admin @jyoti-thelight of this community for organizing such a very nice food competition.

Roti and mix vegetables were my breakfast at the Food Diary game today.

I cut all the vegetables of potato, carrot, pointed gourd very thin.
And cooked all the vegetables and half a spoonful of turmeric powder with just an onion burst in the oil while cooking . In this case, I did not use any water, the water that came out of the vegetable made the vegetable boil.

Today on my lunch menu with Plane Rice was Beef liver curry,thinly cooked lentils with olives and mixed vegetables .

Here's a list of all the things I needed to prepare the Beef Liver Curry recipe post I ate on my lunch menu today .

Beef liver½ kg
Ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
Red Chili powder1 tsp
Turmeric powder½ tsp
Garam Masala powder½ tsp
Cinnamon2
Cardamom2
Bay leaf2
Cumin½ tsp
Oil2 tbsp
Salt1½ tsp
Green Chilli8-10 slice
Vinegar1 tsp
Potata2

Before cooking the liver I first need to wash this liver well so I first cut the liver into small pieces and soak it in salt water with a spoonful of vinegar and a spoonful of salt water for 15 to 20 minutes and soak it. This will cause the blood smell from the liver to go away.

After about 20 minutes I will wash these liver thoroughly with clean cold water. Then boil this liver in boiling hot water for four to five minutes, causing excess blood to come out of the liver.Then throw away the hot water and wash the liver well with clean cold water.

Now at this stage, add oil to a pan and fry the onion in brown with a quantity and then mix well with the pre-prepared spice mixes with a little water and pour the whole spice into the onion and oil comes out of the spice.



After finishing the masala, I will grind the liver well again with a little water and then cover it with a lid and on the other hand in another fry pan I will fry some potatoes in oil.

At this stage the water from the liver has decreased, I will give the amount of water and give the fried potatoes.
After 10 minutes 10 to 15 minutes of liver and potato boiling, I will add green chillies and a little pepper.

Then I'll have two to three more minutes of medium and put a lid on the gas stove. After two minutes I will lift the lid and see that the oil has floated from the curry and at this stage I will turn off the gas stove and my beef liver curry is ready.

Thank you very much. Beef or mutton are my favorite types of liver and that liver is very beneficial for anemia but high cholesterol and high blood pressure people should avoid it.
