Remote work as the contest theme stated can be defined as the practice of workers, staffs or employees working at their home, or other places that is not an organization or company usually places of business or line of work, it can also be seen as the aspect of working from one's home or another place rather than from an organization, Remote work can also be called or refer to as telecommuting, flexible workplace distributed work, work from home, mobile work, virtual work etc.

Types of Remote Work
There are different areas or types of Remote work which I will be listing out some of them according to my knowledge and experience.

• Work from home (WFH)
• Marketing
• Software developer
• Sales
• virtual Assistant
• Graphics designer
• Journalist
• Content moderator etc

Benefits/advantages of Remote work
Remote work are back up with some benefits and advantages that is why many people involves in it, the following are the advantages....

• It improves employees experience and skills in such a way that the employee will have enough time and space to figure out many things mostly his errors and mistakes
• It enhances better work-life balance, of course yes many people like doing things on their own in other to understand and balance with their work life
• It gives the employee or worker more freedom and less distraction from office members and colleagues
• It reduces need for office space, some office are too small to contain all the workers the company or organization need but with the help of remote work office work space will be available.
• Comfortable work environment and fewer distraction from thinking about meeting up with the office time and schedule of work.
• it eliminates and eradicate commute time and fosters flexibility for some employees

Disadvantages of remote work.

• lack of access to communication and information from many source mostly from the organization or office
• It decreases and eradicate collaboration, individual or employees will not be able to collaborate with other people this may lead to delay of work and wastage of time and efforts
• Unproductive work conditions and negative health effects for the employees
• Employees may likely face loneliness and isolation because he or she will not have anyone to look up to as well as someone to correct or guide him through the process.
• Loss of work-life balance. Some people use their workspaces to separate their home and work lives.

Conclusion
some experts predict that in the next ten years or more the numbers of remote workers will rise and increase, to 35% and 65-70% respectively, that is to say a working style that allows professionals to work outside of a traditional office environments.
