Hope everyone is fine and healthy. By God's grace, I am fine too. I always look forward to great contests. Today I am participating in an amazing contest organized by the Hindwhale community. I appreciate that @jyoti-thelight mam put together such a lovely competition for us. Name of contest: the Food Diary Game, HWC Contest #61 The Food Diary Game, -Week- 8. I love participating in recipes and food-related contests. Today I will share with you the food diary blog of Saturday 15-06-24. Hope you enjoy reading my food diary blog today.
Breakfast |

A hearty meal is the only way to start the day off right. If you spend a lot of time on an empty stomach at the beginning of the day, you will not get enough energy, but if you make a habit of not eating breakfast, all the complex diseases can appear. The remedy is to have a delicious and healthy breakfast in the morning. And a perfect dish for this is khichuri. I cooked khichuri for breakfast this morning along with fried egg and pickled mango pickle. Which doubles the taste of khichuri. Khichuri is very beneficial for our health. Khichuri dal contains amino acids in rice and also contains sugars, vitamins, and minerals that make our body work faster.

Now is the season of ripening of different kinds of fruits. So try to eat some fruits after 11 o'clock in the daily diet list. The year-long wait for ripe mango ends in this season. Today I ate mango. Now is the season of mangoes. Ripe mango contains a large amount of vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc., which are very beneficial for our body.

At present, I have taken beel syrup to keep my body cool in the hot weather. Beel is a fruit full of nutrients. Along with this, it has various medicinal properties, which are very beneficial to our body. In addition to various beneficial properties, a glass of cold beel syrup can instantly soothe the body. So at this time of summer, bell syrup is very beneficial for the body.

It is very hot now. I don't like to eat any food in this heat. I cooked thin fish broth with potatoes and patal. It is very important to eat this low-oil spiced food. Rooee fish thin broth recipe with potato patal was amazing.
Cow dung |

Today I have arranged cow dung or bot bhuna with hot rice for lunch. Who doesn't like to eat beef stew? Especially the taste of the beef patty roast sticks in everyone's mouth. Different animal bots are very popular not only in Bangladesh but also in different parts of the world.
It is very fun to eat cow dung or bot bhuna with hot rice. Eating cow dung in moderation provides many nutrients to the body. It contains iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, etc.

I ate ice cream for today's dessert. I bought ice cream for the whole family to give some relief to the body and mind in the extreme heat. The feeling of eating ice cream with the whole family was wonderful.
Afternoon snack |

Gave milk and cake to children for afternoon breakfast. Organized light breakfast with tea biscuits for other family members.
Dinner |

Cooked chicken with rice for dinner. Cooked hot rice for the night. Eating moderate food and water is very important to keep the body healthy.

Living a healthy life is very important for us. A balanced diet must be eaten daily for good health. Every food provides some nutrients to our body. To maintain good health, we need to drink enough safe water along with a balanced diet.

You really had alot to eat. All the meals are beneficial to the body and am happy you are eating healthy. Mango season has pass in Nigeria I love mangoes it is one of my best fruit.
