Breakfast |

Today I woke up early as usual. I brushed my teeth and got fresh. Then I saw it was raining outside. This wet morning is perfect for eating khichdi. On rainy days I like to eat hot khichdi. Beef with hot khichuri made my breakfast amazing.
Banana |

I ate bananas after breakfast for a light hunger pang. Ripe bananas are as nutritious as they are delicious. Ripe bananas are beneficial for health. Bananas play an important role in increasing the body's immediate energy.
Fish |

Fried fish with rice in the afternoon. I like to eat two types of fish, small fish and big fish. Because it satisfies our bodies' non-vegetarian demands, fish aids in maintaining bodily wellness.
Cake |

I woke up in the afternoon and ate a fresh cake. Cakes were given to the children as a light snack before they sat down to read. My kids like to eat cake with milk.
Soup |

I had wholesome soup corn with chicken flavour tonight. Sometimes the menu needs to be varied. Soup is a healthy liquid or drink. It does not help to eliminate dehydration of the body. The body stays hydrated with the aid of water. One of the healthiest foods on the planet is soup. It supplies nutrients that the body needs to stay healthy.
