Steemit Engagement Challenge - S13/W3 - "How SEC Improved Engagements on the Steemit Platform?"

One aspect that is expected in the platform is the establishment of interaction between fellow steemians in various cross-country communities, this is the true essence of the Engagement Challenge, each participant from SEC is able to build intense interaction in accordance with publications released by other steemians.

However, as time went by, interactions were found in the form of comments that were spam in nature, utilizing AI bot services, but what I mentioned is a past event and I believe this has changed now along with the increasing role of admins and moderators of the organizing community in verifying participants' publications.

Honestly, this is an interesting topic to follow so that participants realize the true essence of the Steemit Engagement Challenge.

What was Steemit like before the SEC?

Steemit before SEC can be described as a platform with multiple publications, authors can express their interests according to the capacity they have, they get support according to their efforts and creativity. This is a reflection of the platform since it was first launched in 2016.

Has steemit 2018 changed? I see that there has been a change in support for writers and art activists because currently Steemit does not have investors who focus on supporting art content and other publications so in general it depends on the Steemit Team and myself is no exception.

However, I am trying to encourage you to continue to increase the strength of your account consistently so that you become one of the curators in the future through adequate SP. This is not impossible because I continue to do Power Up 100% continuously.

The SEC idea is to provide space and plurality of postings on the platform so that writers can develop their ideas and creativity through a predetermined writing framework.

Discuss the changes you noticed in Steemit following SEC.

As I said in the opening paragraph above, the essence of SEC is the establishment of interaction between steemians in the form of comments, mutual support in the form of curation and other positive activities. Even though interactions had existed before the SEC was initiated by the Steemit Team, the presence of the SEC program has provided something new to the growth and development of the platform.

Communities selected as organizers get space to export work in the form of ideas outlined in their posts according to topics that are released regularly, this encourages the creation of plurality and diversity of posts on the platform.

Another positive thing is the increase in active posters for the organizing community and active posters on the platform as a whole. Consistent writers continue to have ideas based on the writing framework determined by the organizer. There is no reason for steemians not to have creative ideas for writing.

How many of the seven weekly challenges can you participate in each week?

I am a user who does not have much time to contribute to the SEC because in the last few months I have had quite a busy workload in the real world, so I have to be able to utilize my time effectively in completing my duties and responsibilities as a health worker.

But if you reflect, it can be seen that per season I was involved in the SEC between 1 and 2 posts. I continue to work towards it even with very minimal contributions.

How does the SEC change your personnel interests and involvement on Steemit?

SEC has encouraged everyone to participate in topics published by the organizing Community, this becomes a magnet for every user to contribute and write according to their views, understanding and conditions that occur in accordance with the existing framework.

Even my involvement in this topic is a form of my involvement in programs run by the community as a Steemit team initiation program. I will continue to try to be involved in every week and season, especially as my friends from home and abroad continue to encourage me to contribute to various great topics.
