Thanks to the team of Hindwhale Community for organising another engagement challenge in concluding week. I am really thankful for giving me the opportunity to participate in Steemit Engagement Challenge / S16/W6 - "What happens if motor vehicles are banned around the world? "

It is still fresh in our memories the days of pandemic when the earth literally experienced an unexpected hault. Many people were thrown out just like fish out of water. The entire human movement was stopped by the sudden lockdown for the pandemic.
People who were daily earners didn't have money to survive for an week or so. They had to come out from shelter in the middle of night to go to a safer place. But everything was in vain.
As most of them are migratory worker they had no option other than walking thousands of kilometres with out any assurance of food or water.
Before the first train started for migratory worker many people died on railways track. Few lucky only manged to reach home.
Anyways we all used to a life of no return in lockdown when no public transport was available. Only emergency private transport was available. Ofcourse those who have sufficient money they didn't suffer much as emergency services were uninterrupted. Many started the work from home.
But I have seen many small self employed person who had a very though time. They used to change thier profession into day to day supplies of vegetables and fishes to the door step of household with thier trolley.
So we can well imagine the value and necessity of public transport system.

I don't think people will be so cruel to use animal transport for their comfort and easy accessibility. Rather people will use human driven vehicles like bycycle and tricycles which are environment friendly and good for health.

| How would our environment be without motor vehicles? |

In the city of joy, kolkata the pollution and air qualities are someday worst in the world. Though there are many household with free lpg gas connection. The mail reason is the old and new engine motor vehicle using diesel and petrol fuel.
Air pollution is responsible for 24% of all deaths from stroke and 25% of all deaths from heart disease according to WHO. Obviously if we live in environment with a permissable limit of air quality our longevity and life expectancy will be more.
| What will it be if humans invent any form of transportation other than the motor in the future? |

Gyroscopic Transport which can avoid minor traffic jam and accidents. The vehicle only exists in digital prototypes.
Underground Tunnel Transportation working on a subway system underneath streets of Laus Vegas for cars. Here the cars need not to use its propeller mechanism, the electric trolley hauls the car through the tunnel to the next city or next point where the car is again leaves to the normal road.
Airbus pop-up app based popup first option transport will be road but when it becomes congested the popup will detouch the passenger capsule from ground.module to fly module and reach its destination.
Renolt Float was wining design at the 1917 car of the future competition. The pod like vehicle looks like a bubble with each bubble setting up to two passengers. The pods can attached to each other using a magnetic belt without having to stop for the process since the float doesn't touch the surface of actual roa.
Aerom Mobile is real flying car that can fly in real life. It can be used for its road travelling capabilities also alongwith aerial capabilities.

You said if no cars people will find other ways even without animals, such as bicycle and many other. You have given the example of Kolkata how much pollution is there just because of vehicles. Yes this is true if no vehicles, a great amount of pollution from the world finish.

I'm enjoying your piece of work. Regarding to the problems face in the automobile use and the environment.
I will say it's a serious problem to tackle as the pros and cons line up evenly. Nevertheless if the worse comes. Cycling and animals transport might top the chat and majority of it by foot. Hopefully engineering modeled vehicles to get more environmental friendly.

A cordial greeting, the pandemic taught us many things such as valuing what we have and learning to survive in adverse circumstances by helping each other even when it threatens our lives. The change in ways and styles of life would be inevitable, animal life would be affected but man is in search of solutions that would be well worth implementing and that are in harmony with environmental balance.

The pandemic was a little taste of the iceberg, people were literally ostracised for the outside world. Daily earners had to be halted and made to stop their activities. There was a scream for survival. All these happened and would just be a little stuff compared to the ban of motor vehicles. There would be more to it.
