Thank you for asking the following obvious questions which are very pertinent to the topic as well as made the writing easy.
| If you had the opportunity to settle overseas, which three countries would you choose? |

Actualy the language I speak at home with family members and friends, no one of my next generation speaks in that language. In my answer to the next question you will know the name of the language.
As the three neighbour countries were originally belonged to Pan India. My choice are Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.

Firstly I want to migrate to is no country other than Bangladesh because it was part of undivided Bengal and my mother taung is the official language of Bangladesh. My home language is also colloquial language of some districts of Bangladesh.
I think rules, regulations and defence of Bangladesh are similar as in India.
I'm a retired person so if I settle in a place called Birulia my cost of living will be less than Kolkata. Moreover my income from steemit will be same globally.
I think being a person with higher education, I'll find Bangladesh less competitive than India. Moreover if I get an opportunity, I can intermediate the bilateral issues because of my better understanding of the situation in both sides.

Nepal is my second choice because of many reasons. Firstly I'm diehard fan of Himalayas. I had been to Nepal for a Trek to Langtang valley. I realised that they are much more professional about tourism and they value for customer money as their economy based on tourism. They have highest repeated vist by the tourists.
As most tourist are from devloped country, there are ample opportunities in income from tourism business and tour operations. I can have also opportunities of income apart from Steemit.
I observed the rules and regulations are less stricter than India. I had been to Nepal for two other occasions for business purposes. I know some top business family there who can be of great help to me.
I don't know why in three occasions I had plenty of time to walk throughout Kathmandu. I had never faced any untoward incident.
Kathmandu casino and night life is enjoyable by all ages.
Indian currency and Indians without visa are equally welcome here.
They also speak and understand Hindi.

I have written much about two countries which are more or less similar to Bhutan.
Bhutan is the happiest country of the world. But I'm not sure about the income opportunity in Bhutan though they also depends on tourism and hydro power generation.
I also had been to Thimphu and Paro twice. I didn't find any difference in rules and regulations from Indian North East States.

It seems that you are really passionate about your country. Also, your choices are excellent. That is, Nepal is a country that I like very much. I chose it because of your reason because I also love the Himalayas very much. I am very interested in the language. But we can handle the English language in any country. I have also traveled in India for many months. There I also often conversed with Indians in English. Although some of them could not understand the English language. To fulfill these requirements to some extent, it is possible through English language..Because I spent six months with Indians, I can also understand some words in Hindi language. It sounds like you have a strong connection to Bangladesh because of its historical ties to undivided Bengal and the fact that your mother tongue is the official language there. Greetings friend, I can see why you would love to migrate to Bangladesh because of it less cost of living, which as a retiree you don't want a high income country. And I can also see your reason for wanting to move to Napal because you are a big fan of Himalayas and Napal is a tourism country.
