SEC-S16/W3 - "Who has the strongest influence on children? Father, mother, teacher, siblings, or friends?
In every person's life, every other person has an influence on his upbringing and on what kind of person he will be in the future. There is no one rule here. It all depends on the environment in which we are and on what kind of parents, loved ones, and so on.
I'm a mother myself. I have a daughter who is 6 years old. I believe that the influence of the father and mother on its development is key because it is with them that the child spends the most time from an early age. In my opinion, the father has a harder hand to raise a child, and this is good because he will show what is good and what is bad in a person's life. What to choose to become a better person and how to behave towards bad people. You can never aggressively approach a child, you need to explain it calmly and logically.
As a mother, I teach my daughter how to be good to people. How to keep warm around everyone. It doesn't matter if this person is good or bad, you always have to show the good side more. What we give back comes back to us later.
Teachers are a different story. They teach our children. Science and education are two different things. Of course, they connect, but, there is no such warm relationship between the student and the teacher. If you get a teacher who will be empathetic and will understand the needs of the child, and at the same time will teach well, I think that this is the right person in the right place.
Siblings play a different role than parents. Then the children grow up together and from a young age they see the needs of their brother or sister. They understand more when it comes to the needs of another person. If parents raise such siblings badly, then the siblings are also unlikely to get along with each other and there will be problems. But if the parents can do that, the siblings will be their support, not their enemy.
Friends. It is hard to distinguish true friends from colleagues. A lot of people will fail them. Many people will give them something beautiful. A lot of people want to use them. I'm a little afraid of that, but it happens to everyone. This is the science of life. We need both good and bad people. That's life. I hope my daughter gets most of the good ones.
