Greetings everyone how are you all doing today I hope you are all doing great today I'm here to participate on this great contest which was organized by @aviral123 much thanks to you for your time in publishing this contest.

When you're angry, what do you do?

When I'm angry, I do prefer to take time for myself to cool down and reflect on my feelings like sleeping or just take some cool drinks.

But sometimes I do express my anger directly to the person or situation that caused it depends on the time of thing that happened and It's important to remember that handling anger in a healthy way is crucial to maintaining healthy relationships and emotional well-being.

What causes you to become angry?

What causes me to become angry the most is Frustration which is almost something that makes everyone to become angry and again when someone is shouting at me especially when I'm working on doing something else it's really gets me angry.

And another thing is when I saw something that is true and someone else will say it's not true it's really gets me angry and to be sincere it may lead to fight is care is not taken.

Do you have a quick temper? Or is it under your control?

While to me I don't have quick temper like that but it only depends on how something happens to me but i can control it to my own extents that's what I can say.

Quick temper is not really good because someone can easily kill something's I do have quick temper but is not that much that will lead someone to death I do control it because if you call me a bastard or otherwise treat me badly, I may lose my cool and start fighting you. After all, the word bastard is not intended to be used to refer to a human being.

Anger is our friend or our enemy? State your ideas.

Anger can be both a friend and an enemy, depending on how it is expressed and managed. Here are two perspectives:

1. Anger as our enemy:

Anger can lead to destructive behavior, causing harm to oneself or others and uncontrolled anger can damage relationships, leading to conflicts and breakdowns in communication.

And It can cloud judgment and impair decision-making, leading to regrettable actions and chronic anger can negatively impact physical and mental health, contributing to conditions like high blood pressure, anxiety, and depression.

2. Anger as our friend:

Anger can serve as a powerful motivator for change and action in the face of injustice or mistreatment and also It can help set boundaries, assert oneself, and protect one's rights.

Not only that anger can signal that something is not right, prompting individuals to address underlying issues and seek resolution and also expressing anger in a healthy and constructive manner can lead to improved relationships, as it allows for open communication and problem-solving.

Ultimately, whether anger becomes a friend or an enemy depends on how it is managed and channeled. It is crucial to learn healthy coping mechanisms, communication skills, and emotional regulation techniques to ensure that anger is used productively rather than destructively.

Please offer advice on how to manage our anger?

On how to manage our anger is not that easy but at least we can practice it little by little by paying attention to the situations, people, or thoughts that tend to provoke your anger. By identifying these triggers, you can be better prepared to manage your responses.

When your resentment starts to rise, halt for a moment and breathe deeply. Stepping away from the situation or taking a break can help you regain composure and prevent impulsive reactions.

And again Instead of lashing out or suppressing your anger, express it assertively. Clearly communicate your feelings and needs using "I" statements, while also actively listening to the other person's perspective.

Remember, managing anger is an ongoing process that requires practice and patience. It is essential to seek professional help if anger becomes persistent, uncontrollable, or significantly impacts your daily functioning.
