Greetings friends how are you all doing today it's another awesome day and I'm glad to participate in this contest which is all about power up.

Here are steps to follow when doing power up your Steem.

Step 1

So first I went to my Steemit account and log in then I have clicked on wallet and it lead me to my wallet then I on the symbol 3 dot click on.

Step 2

Now I click on sign in then it to me to another section that says login to wallet here I put my username and my private active key and then click on login.

Step 3

As you can see how the interface now looks like so here i can be able to power up so i click on the drop down menu which is beside the steem as you can see on the screenshot.

Step 4

When I click on the space that comes out after the drop down menu it gives 5 options and I select power up which is 3 and then after that I land on another section that is entitled, convert to Steem power and it is here that I enter amount I wish to power up, 30 in my case. Where 097 is where I click on the power up.

Step 5

Now this is section I'm to confirm transfer to investing then check it everything correct without any mistake then i click on Ok and It load for few seconds and it went successful.

So this is how i did my power up successfully so for the new babies that don't know how to power up can actually follow this step and you will get it perfectly.

Important of power up.

Powering up is one of the most important things you can do on the Steemit platform. By doing this, you strengthen your Steem power and help the platform expand. I usually try to power up my steem since it not only helps you build your reputation on the platform but also shows that you are invested in and dedicated to the Steemit ecosystem.
