Betterlife : The Diary Game (23-12-2023) - At the end of the day, I feel that I am sick.

Greetings and welcome to my another new diary blog. Hope you all are well and healthy by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, today I am very well and healthy by the grace of Allah. Today I am here with my another diary blog and today I will share with you all about my all day's activities. 23th December, it was a good day but something happened with me at end of the day. Hope all of you are interested to knowing that. So let's begin.
I woke up around 5:30 am, freshened up and went to office. Office from 6 am so try to reach on time. After reaching the office in the morning, I sometimes stay in the lab room because it is quite cold outside. But I have to use D-color again in the tank to clear the water better. I started the first dosing and sat in the office room and half of the accounting work was completed so that I could be free later.

At 8 am I noticed all the garment workers and senior officials started coming to office as their general shift office time. However, there I came to take water from the outlet for water parameter test. One by one I bring water from all the tanks and later check it with the parameters and record it in the ledger for sending to sir.

Finished the main activities of the morning and so took some time to rest and look through the plant. The effluent from the adjacent dyeing sector is deposited next to our plant from where it is carted off daily by the company's cleaners.Anyway I then went out for breakfast. I was quite hungry and I went to a small hotel nearby and finished my breakfast with paratha and egg pojas.

While coming to office I buy an orange from a roadside shop. The oranges looked very fresh and I wanted to eat them too. So I buy one. Although it looked good, it was a bit sour but healthy. Very essential for our body. However, I enjoy sitting in the office.
Next I do some work in the plant and use de-color until noon. Then I complete the report writing tasks before leaving the office. Later I left the office on time. Went straight home and took a shower and finished lunch.

But in the afternoon I suddenly felt a cold and suffered from headache, so I plan to sleep. Anyway I slept for a long time today. Later I freshen up at night and go to aunt's house to have my dinner.I came home from there and brushed my teeth. After going to bed I continue to complete my steemit activities with my mobile. Actually today is my post review day so I try complete that work but the cold feels quite severe then & I find it difficult to post reviews. , so after reviewing some posts, I plan to take medicine and rest. So I inform my team about my illness and then I stop my work & go to sleep.
