Communication itself is like a staircase to climb to sort out and meet the answers to many questions we might have unanswered. I agree that communication is power and it power is very very effective because if used positively, the effect will definitely produce positive results and vice versa.

In steemit, I'm just a member and not an admin moderator in any community, no specific position i hold, I also noticed that communication is one thing that has helped the community leaders to lead the community to greater heights. For exmaple, if the @hindwhale community wants to give out rewards to users who may have won an Engagement Challenge, they all have to come together and agree on what are the criterias to met before the winner is chosen. If there's is communication between the top leaders, then there will be problem....

To improve our communication skills, there are many ways to do so, but the most important one pf them all is Active Listening. Ofcourse you mentioned it and you gave full details about how it will help improve our communication skills
