Hello everyone how are you doing I am good, today I am going to participate another exciting contest and the topic is really fascinating and it inspired me a lot “Steemit Engagement Challenge - S13/W3 - How SEC Improved Engagements on the Steemit Platform?"
What was Steemit like before the SEC?
Well!!!! Before the May, 2022 i really didn't know much about the SEC and the time when i have to know i felt there is more energy and enthusiasm in people including me to work on steemit.
Perhaps it keeps everyone active and thrilled to participate in the challenges and also do engagement. Increasing interaction with other steemian obviously changed it approach to everyone.
I guess people seems less active before the know of SEC but now everyone takes keen interest in participation contest and challenges which obviously changed the steemit activities more than before.
Discuss the changes you noticed on Steemit after the SEC.
Well i have seen many positive changes after the SEC on steemit.
The people are more energetic and actively participating in the challenges, with the interaction with other users definitely urged to produce more quality contents has been increased.
The moderator become working in more precise way including me because everyone wanted to grow community and steemit as well.
The commitment with work has been increased because when we set our goals definitely we do more hard work to reach them and for this purpose we work more passionately.
The communities are working more precise and of course overall growth of community is improved with the passage of time.
How many of the seven weekly challenges can you participate in each week?
Well!!!! I personally loved to participate in every challenge in a week. Its my wish to participate all 7 challenges of the week, but due to polio campaign or when i am ill so sometimes i participated in 6 challenges must.
I always has new energy to participate in the challenge and shared my contents with my friends and family and interact with them upto my best efforts.
In my point of view when we set goals for destination the determination is the key point for the success and we have to moved on.

How does the SEC change the interests of its staff and their participation in Steemit?
Yeah, SEC has strong positive inpacts because everyday it encourages more users from different communities. They participated with more energy and also produces more good quality contents.
The SEC has motivated users and everyone seems more hardworking and doing their work more good either they are users or staff. All are now more enthusiasm and power to move ahead for better future, because everyone loved steemit.

Before the introduction of the engagement challenge on this platform by the team content created on this platform was solely based on daily activities, business and gastronomy. I'm glad that everyone has been able to notice the changes that the engagement challenge has brought on this platform.. fellow uses now interact and engage with other users post in order to be noticed gain visibility and win support or awards..
In the various communities admins and moderators have been doing a good job to review entries made by people on the basis of the engagement challenge to fish out contents which are not in line with the rules of this platform...
I must say that it is everyone's wish to participate in the seven weekly engagement challenge in the seven communities. But due to some factors one haven't be able to do so.. but you really wowed me when you said you participate in six challenges as a must even when you are ill.
Indeed the SEC has a great impact on the platform both personally and as a community..

The introduction of the SEC have had a positive impact in the steemit platform as it has increased the engagement in the platform where by steemians comment more and spend time on the platform than before.
