Yes!! I totally agree with the fact that "Communication skills is the power ". To understand why I think this way let us learn some key points and look more in dept about this.

We humans , What do we do when we want to ask for something or we want to convey something or we want to answer some thing. The answer is simple We talk or We Communicate. It is an art to communicate with each other. Some people are really blessed with this skill. Where they know when to say something and where not too. I think great power lies in convincing some one to do something for you. And how do you convince them through communicating.

What if we have a life changing opportunity for a job which have great perks and benefits included, but do we have enough skills to convince the hiring team or HR that its you. You need to make them believe that you are the one. And how u can make them believe through talking communicating ,looking in the eyes and giving them leading answers.

Politicians, actors, artists, performers, motivational speakers what do all of such greatly paid fields have in common. "GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. "
Its really important to know the importance of communication and its impact .Because either it can help you get above the borderline and ace things or it may not.

When we talk about communication we are not only talking about speaking but talking with confidence where one knows what to say , what impact will happen after that talk and will even a single person get affected by that talk.

I can literally tell my example, So basically i am a computer Science student in my final year now and right now I am on my summers break which is for 3 months .
Like all others I am trying really hard to get an internship .I have applied to many many places on LinkedIn and indeed just to try and find internship in my domain which is computer science.

SO, basically I am looking for programming internships and internships in .NET, AI , Machine learning ,data science all of which require programming and technical skills more than anything. But hence I am really amazed to see how all these places (Companies and software houses) where I apply , are also in need of a person who has good communication skills as well.

This self defines the need of communication in terms of profession more than anything else.

A historical example that comes to my mind is The two nation theory.
Because, I think this theory literally describes what India and Pakistan are currently today. Both are beautiful in terms of culture ,civilization , religion and inheritance .

But back then when both India and Pakistan were in the subcontinent. Many problem arise usually because two separate nations were living together. So of course personal entities and personal aspects were being affected of both organizations.

That is where many leaders decided to separate both the nation . They had a talk and conference and hence they tried to make people understand of the current situating and how it can affect both parties in future and how there was a need to separate both nations .

Hence , it was because of there communication and leadership skills that lead what today we are, A separate nation.
We are in peace and serenity .Hence, Both India and Pakistan now have there own belongings, religions caste, food, civilization, ethnicity ,culture and each and everything.

This acts was significantly done because of great minds and great motivational leaders who had the best of communication skills with in them.

Personally, Some key tips that helped me with my communication skills which I follow up to date is :

Planning before hand before presenting something to others .You should have great knowledge and ideas of what you want to present to others. It will give you the confidence to stand out. and others will think highly of you in terms of both smartness and confidence.

Reading novels will help you to get creative .It will help you to learn more words that you are unaware off and eventually then you can start using them in your sentences as needed .So it will give a good look to what you are saying and you will start thinking and writing in sense of the author .It literally happens with me . I literally try to write my essays in an author type content.

Finally, Try participating in speaking or debate competitions. It will not only help with communication skills but it will also help with interpersonal skills and personal development. It will give you the confidence to stand out and be your self.
