Steemit Engagement Challenge / S16/W6 - "What happens if motor vehicles are banned around the world (1st April, 2024)

Motor vehicles are one of the fastest means of transportation which makes life easier. Before the invention of motor vehicles, man had different means of transportation like walking on foot, using animals like horse, donkey, Carmel etc as a means of transportation. Even before the 21st century, motor cars were invented which made life easier and transportation of goods easy. Just like everything has its advantages and disadvantages, motor vehicles also has. Using motor vehicles as means of transportation is fast and convenient. At least 50 percent of people in some parts of the world have motor vehicles and use it daily, so if motor vehicles are banned around the world, life would be difficult for some and those who had motor vehicles might have difficulty adjusting. Imagine having 4 children to drop at school with your vehicle before driving off to work, this would be difficult and a lot of time might be wasted without motor vehicle. It would be difficult transporting goods from one place to the other, there would be delay in delivery of goods example, a factory that produces satchet water and has to deliver it to 30 shops in a day would be unable to achieve this without motor vehicle. People would go late to work because of lack of motor vehicles or their private vehicles, some people would lose their jobs because of distance or arriving late at work. Security agencies would find it difficult to catch criminals because they would always arrive at the crime scene late. But banning motor vehicles also might have its advantages. Example there would be less global warming, also less road accidents. Air pollution from motor vehicles would reduce, abd environmental pollution from engine oil that dirties the environment would reduce. The odour from fuel which contaminates the air we breathe would be no more. Some crimes are committed in commercial motors and even private motors, so crimes like kidnapping, stealing, etc would reduce. Everyone would be almost the same as some judge others based on the motor vehicles they drive.
