The banning of cars would indeed cause a little issue but we all would adapt. You cited that in our country there is no motor vehicle during election and we all resort to trekking to cast vote, there would indeed be less accident when we use animals and bicycles and a major brighter side to us but then we would be exposed to sunlight.
