Steemit Development Incentive Program: My suggestions

The purpose of this post is to offer some suggestions for #steemdipproposals, an initiative launched recently by the Steemit team. I will also post a proposal shortly for starting the development of a separate third-party web application. If you read these suggestions, please let me know what you found useful and what needs to be implemented in the platform.
Homepage - Not Logged In
A list of trending articles is displayed to new Steemit users when they visit the website. In this case, the trending articles are the ones that have received high-value votes from readers. This is the main reason why many people believe that it is very easy to post a simple and short article on Steemit and receive high-value votes.
Instead of showing them the trending page, we could show them the page that contains all the information about the Steem blockchain and the various programs currently running on Steemit. Depending on the user's stage, we can divide the homepage into different sections and display information accordingly.
For example:
Those who are coming to Steemit for the first time have no experience with the platform and therefore must spend some time getting to know how it works. The home page should therefore indicate what steps users can take to begin their journey on the platform (for those not logged in).
Most people may have heard of the Steemit platform, but they may be interested in learning more about the Steem blockchain, and how it works. To accomplish this, we can display links or documents on the homepage, such as whitepapers, blue papers, and other documents of this nature.
It is possible that many users already have an account on the Steem blockchain, but have not logged in. If this is the case, they may be interested in learning what is happening on the platform. It is possible to display links to posts that have compiled information in one location. The contest compilation posts by @disconnect and the news compilation posts by @pennsif are examples of this.
Homepage - Logged-In Users
Upon logging into an account on the Steemit platform, users are shown the same first page as those who are not logged in. There are a large number of articles and posts on this trending page that nobody reads, and the majority of the votes are given to these posts by bot accounts.
It would be useful if we displayed a feed of posts that were written by authors that the logged-in user follows. New users can be shown some random accounts to follow first, as well as some communities to follow in accordance with their interests.
Some Changes in the Create Post Page
Although this has been mentioned in some other author's suggestions posts, I would like to emphasize it more because the current create-post page and the preview area that shows a preview of the post being written are stacked upon each other and the author has to scroll down many times while writing the post.
Instead of stacking them on top of one another, we should place them side by side so that the preview is displayed next to the writing area for ease of use.
There is a problem with the SP count displayed on the user's profile page
Currently, we are experiencing a problem with the calculation of the effective SP that a user holds in their wallet at any given moment. Currently, the effective SP counter displays incorrect calculations.
In addition, I recommend adding the status of the Minnow, Dolphin, Orca, and Whale next to the SP counter. By doing so, users will be able to understand where they stand within the ecosystem.
Those who have been active on the platform for some time, know that the minnow, dolphin, orca, and whale statuses are based on the amount of Steem power a user possesses. However, the calculations seem to be off lately, as the current calculation of MVests that tell you how much Steem you need to reach each status seems to be slightly higher.
For each MVest, approximately 558 Steem Power is required, which means that in order to qualify as a minnow, a person must have 558 Steem Power in their wallet. Consequently, only a person with 5580 Steem Power in their wallet should be eligible for dolphin status.
Users should be directed to the user's post page instead of the blog page upon clicking on their username
Whenever someone clicks on any random username, they are taken to the blog page of the username rather than the posting page of the username. When I click on a user name, I do not want to see what the user has shared from other people's work, but rather what they have written themselves. Therefore, from my perspective, this needs to be changed as well.
On the Communities page, there should be a separate area for pinned posts
Providing separate spaces for pinned posts on the communities page allows users to pick and choose what they wish to see, without being forced to scroll endlessly through pinned posts.
Also, some communities have a team that adds more pinned posts on top of the current pinned posts without removing the previously pinned posts. It makes sense to have a separate area for this purpose.
Subscribers of the community should be displayed on a separate page
It would be better if a separate page was available to display all subscribers for any community. Occasionally, when a user has not posted for some time, it is difficult to locate their post for the purpose of changing their affiliation tag.
The usernames of subscribers and active members of the community can be shown on a separate page, which would make it much easier to add or change their tags as needed.
Filter for membership in communities
It is true that Steem is a decentralized platform and that no one should restrict a user from joining a community, but please listen to what I have to say.
In some cases, a business may wish to create its own community on the Steemit platform. In this case, it may only wish to include users from a particular country in its community.
We can implement a filtering process between the subscription and the approval of the subscription for the user.
In addition to clicking on the subscribe button, users are required to answer some questions posed by the community admins, and when the users answer the questions, their subscription notification is forwarded to the admins. Only after the administrators have approved the user can he or she begin posting in the community.
One of the best examples of this is in schools. We do not currently have any schools operating on Steem, but let us consider this example to gain a better understanding of what I am trying to convey. The administration of no school would wish to have an outsider join their community and influence their operations without their consent.
Steemit's community feature would greatly benefit from the addition of this feature.
While I am aware that not everything can be included in the next update, this is what I believe should at least be discussed.

Your suggestions are very good, but I think keeping the current view is better, it is more attractive. The idea is to get more steemians ;)
to sumup the given three examples, we can add a welcoming video that introduce steemit and explain how to start into it.

I think we can have a kind of survey and ask all steemians to answer to it (if possible) : kind of "are you satisfied with the current first page shown uppon logging into your account"

Filter for membership in communities
I understand very well your concern, I think we can have a tag or something like public or private community.
private communities target only a special steemians that respond to a certain criteria (as you mentionned as example)
If the private and public options are given to the admins of the community, that would solve most of the problems.

You have captured the problems of a user on steemit very nicely here, everything you said is valid, especially what you wrote about the SP count, and community members filter, I agree with you on that. Thank you
Maybe there are some things that I did not touch upon. More people giving suggestions will cover more problems and in the end Steemit can cover all of them to become error free.
