"Pick a Word, Paint a Story #09."
Hello, ladies and gentlemen; it's a pleasure to be part of this week's contest; the contest states that we are to write about the following words which are NIGHT, SMILE, and STONE. My choice of word for the week is smile.
This is the memory of me and my classmate when we came back from school after walking for some minutes; we were coming home with a ride, and the distance was about 20km. We were smiling because we got a lift from a person who lives in the same area where we live.
Smiling should be done often and not by force; you can crack jokes and laugh and smile, and this act helps in reducing stress. It's never possible for you to smile with sadness; there must be something joyful that makes you smile. Smiling shows that we are at ease with the current situation at a particular time.
Abdul-jabar
My Abdul-jabar is a person who is always at peace and likes to smile; when most individuals in my class are sad, Abdul helps make them smile naturally with his jokes and funny dance moves; when we smile, anxiety and pain are released from the system.
BENEFITS OF SMILING
When we smile, our mood lightens up enhances hormones, and decreases stress, as well as adrenaline and cortisol. Smiling in a good mood, the muscle sends signals to the brain to manufacture more endorphins, which aid in the relief of pain and stress.
Having quality time with those you love can make you smile often, the people you are happy being around will make you feel safe, you all can play hide and seek or tease one other, smiling sometimes is not part of some individuals, they prefer to always be serious and focused all the time, we need to relax ourselves with recreational activities which can boost our health and likewise make us smile.
