The emotional link is never to be ignored between you and your child. By not addressing their emotional needs, refusing to pay attention to their feelings, or routinely being unavailable can break an emotional connection and eventually harm their overall health and well-being. It is important to tactfully listen, understand, and offer the needed emotional support to your child.

2 \ Using Physical or Verbal Abuse:Increased mental stress levels brought about by long-distance space missions can cause strains in social interactions and impact crew dynamics.

Do not employ any physical or verbal bullying of learners as a tool of punishment, and communication. It not only negatively influences your child both physically and psychologically but also sets the wrong time for them as well. Healthy discipline requires establishing rules, using positive reinforcement, and teaching consequences appropriately without the use of spanking or verbal reprimands.

3 \ Overlooking Safety Measures:

Ensure that the safety of your baby is not sacrificed. Violating safety rules, for instance, using a car seat improperly, exposing dangerous things from the reachable spot, or unchildproofing your home can cause the accidents. Safety of your child always come first so be mindful at all times and follow necessary measures whenever you are in different environments

4 \Setting Unrealistic Expectations:

Do not let unrealistic goals be set for your child. Putting pressure on them to accomplish more than their abilities allow or not treating them favourably when compared to others can cause stress, low self-esteem and fear of failure. Motivate their special forces, praise their successes, and create an environment that gives them the ability to go at their speed.

5 \ Ignoring Mental Health:

Always keep an eye on your child's mental state and do not disregard the signs of mental health issues in them. As a society we need to think about mental health just like we think about physical health. Watch out for signs like changes in behavior, emotion, and relationships with others. If however, you observe any worrisome symptoms, it's time to seek immediate professional assistance. Regarding mental health problems ignoring them may result in severe effects for your child for many years to come.
