Although there have been improvements in regulations, the implementation of gender equality in Indonesia, in my opinion, is still weak. Only in politics has it gotten better. While in regulations in other fields, the gender is still male.

In the world of work, it is now starting to improve because female workers have received maternity leave, paternity leave, and breastfeeding leave. All companies should enforce this regulation as a form of their support for women.

However, the proof is that there are still many companies and factories that do not implement this regulation. The women who are victims do not dare to protest because they are afraid of losing their jobs.

this is what I mean, there is still a lot of homework to strengthen awareness of gender equality.
