How are you. I hope you people of steemian are good and enjoy your life . Well I am well. May God bless you all. Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S13 - W5: which is all time my favourite topic “90's vs 2K"" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic.
If you lived in both generations, like 90s and 2k which one did you like the most? |

I have experienced both the times, I was very young in the 90s. But when I remember I feel very good. At that time everyone did not have enough resources, yet people still enjoyed life. They used to talk to each other a lot, children used to play together in the street. Even after so much progress in the 2k era, people do not have time. Now there are so many tools available for kitchen work and household work, like mixer, grinder, washing machine, gas, still people do not have time. People are so busy that they don't even have time to talk to each other. Children don't know anything, they only know mobile games which are played alone while sitting in a room.
I like the time of 90s more, even today when we brothers and sisters sit together, we talk about how earlier times were better. When I tell my children about my 90s time, the children remain excited to hear them.
How is school life now, and what was it like in the nineties? |

As far as I understand the current school times, children are not so afraid of teachers. Nowadays children talk to teachers very openly and the teachers also answer in the same open manner. Teachers too are only concerned with the fees, whether children study or not, despite paying such expensive fees, the study environment in schools is very bad and In the 90s, we used to be very afraid of teachers. Before saying anything to the teacher, we had to think a lot lest we get hurt. We used to respect the teacher. Nowadays education is on online basis, despite being on regular basis. Even children have to look for notices online. I tell my children that when there was no internet, there was no online era, even then children used to read from books.

There are more means of entertainment in 2K than in the 90s. Earlier only TV was on, programs used to come on radio, now there is YouTube channel on mobile, there is FB, there is WhatsApp and there are many such channels like Insta which can easily show us live and recorded news of India and abroad. Nowadays reels are very popular.

But in the 90s, there were enough resources, but then people knew its importance. For today's people, the importance of entertainment will remain only like watching trains and playing games. Nowadays, no one sits together and watches TV, so the form of entertainment has changed a lot in these two times.

There has been a lot of increase in the economic level of sports, but I can still see the same craze for cricket in sports that was there in the 90s. Earlier in the 90s, if the matches were telecast on TV then it was all about India. We used to gather at one place to watch it on TV but it is shown live on everyone's mobile otherwise these days big screenings are set up on the roads and proper arrangements are made to watch the match so this is what I would say about the match
That you people do not bother to watch the match, now they can easily watch the match or watch any India in which they are interested.

In the 90s, khoya sweets and boondi laddus were generally popular. But nowadays different types of sweets are available. Like cashew nuts have become a common sweet, fig sweets, dry fruits bites, chocolate sweets, children are attracted towards them. Nowadays, many types of sweets have started being made and which are very good in taste. Earlier, people used to think that it was the reason for obesity. You may not eat much sweets but now sugar free, calorie free sweets are also available in the market. So if we compare sweets, the quality of sweets has increased in 2k, but the purity is losing somewhere.

Because nowadays, chemicals are used in making many sweets which are not used in food. For example, glucose is used in some sweets, which is not used but when people do, then the question of purity arises. And in the 90s, sweets were pure. People used to get sweets made at weddings sitting in front of them. Nowadays, people do not have time to get sweets made even at their own home's wedding. They place an order and go to the shop. If there are such boxes, then they come in the form of sweets, nor can their purity be detected.

En los 90's había tan poco pero, se era muy feliz y, ahorita que tenemos tanto, no salimos de un solo coraje y, estas particularidades así lo que me han llevado es a la determinación de que, lo importante de la vida es disfrutar lo que tenemos y, eso en la década del 90 quedó muy bien acentuado.
