Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S11 - W4 : which is all time my favourite topic “How is democracy functioning in your country?." So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic.

To understand how democracy is going on in our country, first of all we know what democracy is. Democracy is made up of two words people + system. Lok means people and Tantra means power or rule. In our India, the public has been given equal rights, so that they can choose their representative for any post through vote and election. In India, people are free to express their views.

Yes, our country India is a country free from any dominance. Here the public can express their views freely and can elect their representative through their vote. Nowadays, the general public also expresses its views through social media.

In the country of India, the public can freely raise their voice for their rights and can also fight for it. Helpline numbers have also been issued to help women, children and everyone in our country.

India is a self-sufficient country in fertilizer production. Here our farmer brothers work hard day and night in summer, winter and rainy season to grow crops of grains, fruits and vegetables and sell the grains to the public at a reasonable price in the market. Due to the tireless work of our farmer brothers, our country India is self-sufficient in food items.

There are so many cities which are famous for accounts, famous for food items. Like Malihabadi mangoes of Lucknow, oranges of Nagpur, rice of Uttar Pradesh, tea leaves of Assam, wheat of Punjab etc. are famous.

In our country, special attention is paid to the employment of the youth. But nowadays there is a trend of competitions. Most of the youth whether boy or girl are educated then there is some problem of job. Because all are talented and all need job and government does not have as many jobs as there are participants.

But still the youth are doing well in their respective fields. Today's youth who are more educated. He is making his career on social media. Through this, he is earning lakhs of crores of rupees monthly. Today's youth has become very fast and smart. He knows very well how to work.

I want to see my country as a prosperous country and full of brotherhood. Where there is no poverty, everyone has employment and everyone is happy and healthy. There should be a feeling of unity among all Indians. symbol of Indian unity. Set an example in front of the whole world.

No one should go hungry in our country India. The evils prevailing in the society are happening in my country. I pray to God that he should be destroyed. Where there are children or women, they should be safe, for whom no one should be afraid. Everyone should respect each other's religion, caste.
