Today I am happy to contribute to the powering up contest promoted by @jyoti-thelight in the Hindwhale Community. This is a perfect occasion to participate in the activity with other representatives of the community and demonstrate the readiness to turn on the lights and contribute to the further Steem development.

The amount of steems from your wallet must be used to perform a powerup.

As an active member of Steemit for the last seven months, I have ensured that I powered up and accumulated more Steem. I ensure I use almost 99% or at least 75% of my gathered Steem on a weekly basis. In this week I powered up 160 SP

You must submit a thorough, screenshotted description of how you did it in order to be eligible.

Now, let me walk you through the step-by-step process of how I performed this power-up:

First, I entered the wallet which let me visually observe the Steem I have acquired as well as the Steem Power.

Then, I opened my wallet through using my Steemit username to access the wallet.

I then went to the wallet and discovered the ‘Steem’ button. Next to it I right-clicked on the mouse and clicked on ‘Power Up’ from the options on the toolbar.

For the specific amount, I put 160 Steem in the power-up voucher. I also checked the quantity to help ascertain or verify that the power-up was made based on this quantity.

Finally, having made sure that I got the selection right, I clicked on OK button to finalize the selection that I had made.

Having done the task, I enter my Active key in order to go to the next level. In such case, the procedure for authentication and the straightforward essence of the task made this step obvious and easy for me.

Therefore, I was able to power up successfully without any hitches, all due to the observation of these highlighted steps.

Write the importance of performing powerup.

As much as power-ups need to be illustrated, it is time to describe why power-ups are needed. Therefore, being charged up on Steemit is not a routine affair; it is a vital process that has a critical effect on the success of the system. This process is very beneficial as it allows users to be able to weigh, vote higher, and be in a better stand within the Steemit. Besides, Steem Power enhances the user’s capabilities to become better curators of content and strengthens the user’s stance within the platform as a meaningful and valuable individual in the Steemit ecosystem. Thus, these power-ups help to create steady status and move towards a goal on the Steemit platform. In this way, every time I leveled up, not only the rank improves, but the ability of Steemit as the individual and overall online community’s advancement platform became stronger. Altogether, I encourage Steemit to anxiously move to the next level and strive toward the creation of an intimidating and successful future.
