Hello dear friends I hope you all fine I am also fine by the grace of Allah .Today I am very excited to participate in this Engagement Challenge that is 'Power of Communication skill' which was organazied by Hindwhale Community.I was waiting for the contest in my favourite community and today I could not stop myself from taking a part in it by writing about the communication skills and their importance in our daily life. I am hopeful to that I will be able to draw your many attention and would be able to the garner your valuable votes.

Do you agree with the statement “Communication skill is the power”? Why or why not?

Yes I am agree with the statement of "Communication skill is the power." Communication skills are a vital because they can help us to express our thoughts or ideas and feelings clearly and to effectively. Good communication skills can be lead to better understanding and the cooperation between the people. In many situations I like at the work or in the personal relationships can being able to communicate well and can solve the problems to prevent misunderstandings and build the stronger connections. When you communicate well you can be share your ideas confidently persuade the others and create positive outcomes.

It is a powerful tool for the success in various areas of life including education or career and the personal relationships. In short communication skills give you the power to connect with the others or share your message and achieve your goals.

Can you provide an example of a situation where “Communication skill is the power”?

I will give an example that you Imagine you are working on a group project at school. Your team can needs to complete a presentation but there are a disagreements about how to be divide the tasks. One person can wants to do everything themselves while the others are unsure of what to do. Here a good communication skills come into the play. If you can be explain your ideas clearly and listen to others you can be help the team come to a fair agreement. You might say
let divide the work based on our strengths. For example Sarah is good at the research so she can gather information. Ayesha is great at the design so he can make the slides. By communicating effectively you can help the team understand each others roles reduce confusion and ensure the everyone contributes.In this way the project is completed successfully and everyone can feels valued. In this situation communication skills are more powerful because they bring the team together and lead to a better outcome.

Some historical examples where “Communication skill is the power” led to significant change?

The historical example is Mahatma Gandhi can use the communication during India struggle for independence from the British rule. Gandhi was a strong advocate of the non violent resistance and the civil disobedience. Through his the speeches or writings and peaceful protests he can communicated the importance of non violence and unity among the Indians.

One notable instance was the Salt March in 1930. Gandhi led a 240 of mile march to the Arabian Sea to the protest the British monopoly on the salt. He spoke to the large crowds along the way explaining why the British laws were unjust and urging the people to join him in the making their own salt. His clear and persuasive communication inspired the thousands peoples to join the march and resist British laws as non violently.

Gandhi ability to convey his ideas and inspire action through the peaceful means played a crucial role in the India eventually gaining independence in 1947. His communication skills were indeed powerful the leading to significant change.

How can one improve their communication skills?

Improving communication skills can be simple with a few practical steps. First step is to listen carefully. Pay attention to the what others are saying without the interrupting. This shows respect and helps you to understand their perspective. Second step topractice speaking clearly. Use the simple words and speak at a steady pace so the others can follow what you are saying. The third step is make eye contact when talking to someone is very important. This shows you are engaged and confident.

Fourth step is to ask questions if you do not understand something. This helps clear up by any confusion and shows you are interested. Fifth is watch your body language. Stand or sit up straight and use the hand gestures to the emphasize points. Sixth canbe patient and calm. Take your time to the think before you can speak especially in the difficult situations. Finally the last is practice regularly. The more you can communicate the better you will be get. These steps can help anyone become a the better communicator.
