INTRODUCTION

Greetings my fellow steemians. I've gone through so many entries, and I've seen a huge improvement and power ups from you guys, and i also like the step by steps guide. If you check my profile, I joined this great platform last month, I'm still a newbie, even with that, I'll also like to share with you guys my steem power up process and progress.

Before power up

My post just paid out this morning worth 1.711 STEEM, and i had 76.629 STEEM. As usual any reward i received from my post, i always do power up, so I'm about to power up my STEEM now. Here are the steps by steps guide;

Step 1

Before I'll be able to power up my STEEM, i have to access my steemit wallet by logging into it. Before i can access my wallet so that i do the power up, i need to input my username and my private active key. Note that this login details is private, and cannot be shared with other users for the safety of our account.

Step 2

My wallet is now accessible because i input the correct username and private active key. Now, my current STEEM is 1.711, so i want to power up. I click the icon, then options will be out for me to choose one. Since i want to power up, I'll click on power up, where you see the red rectangle. Now to the next step.

Step 3

I'm about to do the power up, so I'll determine how many STEEM I'll like to use for the power up. In my own wallet, i have just 1.711 STEEM, so I'll power up all. As you can see, I've input the maximum amount, and then i click power up. That's exactly how i do perform my power up, waiting for few seconds minutes, it'll be reflected on my profile.

Remember i had 1.711** STEEM**,but after performing the power up, my balance is now 0 and my steem power has accumulated to 78.340 STEEM

Powering up is very crucial because it gives us control over post payout and also helping us boost and earn when we're curated. Engagement is one of the things that helps us earn reputation, so without powering up our STEEM we may be limited to posting and engaging on people's post. Powering up is like a kind of investment, it yields high profit in return.

In conclusion

We all steemians should do everything possible to help this community grow. How? Performing power up is one the things we should do to help. Not only helping the community, but helping or laying a solid foundation for our future. Cryptocurrency is the future,STEEM is the future, powering up is the future.
