THE DIARY GAME || 20th May, 2024 || Keeping fit with steemians and Steemit signup/mentorship
It was another Monday morning to join STAYFIT CLUB in full body exercise. I couldn't workout on Saturday, so i felt some pains on my arms, making it difficult for me to get up from bed by 5am as usual. Exercise is very crucial to our health and it's what i love doing. Aside today's exercise, we accomplished something even more important than the exercise. I know you'll be pondering right now, don't get nervous.
I'm writing this diary to highlight in words and pictures how the exercise went, and the accomplishment I'm talking about. This is how it all started....👇🏾
After 30 minutes struggle, i finally got up from bed to check if my sneakers were dry because i washed them late in the night. They were all dry, so i put on my usual outfit, plug in my earpiece and enjoy the cool music why jogging down to the field with @kidi40. On arriving at the field, the team were already done with one programme, so we have to join them in the second programme.
KNEE AND TOE AIR TOUCH |

This was where i started my own programme. Knee and toe air touch is an exercise that improves the muscle of the arms. It was done by placing our feet on a board or flat surface, lifted one of our knee up then use our right hands to touch both our knees and toes while on air for 60 times. The landing was a bit difficult because we had to use our toes, despite that, we still completed the programme.

It's similar to mountain climber exercise, but this particular one, we went so down. We placed our hands on the board, then our right feet close to the side of the board, and finally we bend down to the ground, the same thing applies to our left leg. It seems some people weren't following up the programme because they claim it's hard, so the coach had to look and encourage them to keep pushing. "No pain No gain".
@bossj23 who's our media personnel wasn't around, so me being his assistant took on the job of taking pictures of each programmes. I think i did only two programes from the beginning to the end because of the pictures. How i wish bossj was around to help.
TOUCH YOUR HEEL |

Just as the name implies, this programme was all about touching our heels. We sat on the ground, positioned our two hands on the centre, then lift our legs sided to touch those hands in between our legs. We played a Tabata song to make it fun and easy to deal with, but even with that, some people couldn't complete the task in a row, but with the encouragement of our coach, everybody were able to catch-up with the problem, then we move to the next.
ENDURANCE |

This was the last programme i could captured this morning, it's called Endurance. We had to stay that way until the Tabata song ends, which took about 3 to 4 minutes. Though we didn't go in a row, because the pains would be unbearable. We positioned that way placing our two hands on the ground, then we look up to the Sky why we lift our abdomen up. After we finished this session, we stretched and closed for the day. Here is the biggest achievement for today 👇🏾
