Friends, hope you all are happy and healthy. Friends, social media plays a very important role in our lives. Gradually social media became a part of our life and we did not even realize how we have made social media an integral part of our life. So let's see what my opinion is about social media. How do I incorporate social media into my life and how do I use it in my life?

What are the benefits of social media to our society?

Friends, we have become 70% dependent on social media. Talking about social media, Linked In has become the top social media for people looking for jobs these days and lakhs of people in India have got jobs by uploading their resumes on Linked In. Nowadays people are doing business by creating their own reels on Instagram. Marketing your product by making videos. People are doing business through catalog on WhatsApp Business. You can sell cars, bikes and other vehicles by uploading your product in your business profile on Facebook. Teachers are earning by imparting studies on YouTube. Students can study. We can avail the benefits of entertainment from social media and at the same time we can do everything that we want to do through social media.

What are the evils caused by social media in our society?

Just as there is a lot of good in social media, there are many such activities of social media which make social media bad by a person. We can share our feelings on social media, but we may have some thoughts which other people do not like and social media looks bad in front of those people. The bad face of social media is seen due to the spread of religion, caste and obscene acts in public. Privacy is also compromised in social media if we do not recognize the activities of social media properly.

Is social media really useful for common people or corporate companies?

Social media is absolutely beneficial for common people and corporate companies. People who do not have money for personal tuition classes are studying from YouTube, those who do not have money to promote their business with big actors are doing self-marketing through Instagram. Teachers who do not have money for promotion are marketing their studies through social media. Big companies are also giving more preference to social media than TV and radio because they get more traffic there. To be honest, I especially give the example of my wife. My wife @pathanapsana is an honest lawyer and a housewife at the same time. My wife left the profession of lawyer because of planning a baby. Still, my wife did not give up her efforts and spent a lot of time on Steemit sitting at home and earned $2500 on Steemit. There are also social media like Steemit which provide earning opportunities to housewives and fulfill the dreams of thousands of housewives. So this is absolutely important for the common mind.

It is said that the basis of action is on intention. We can judge social media on the basis of how we think, how we act and what we want. Social media plays an important role for us. Social media should take part in our life and we should learn something good from it. There are very important tools like Excel, Power-point and AI tools which we should learn. If we are doing business then we should also promote it through social media and should avoid obscene media on social media. I completely support social media and welcome it in my life. With time we must change and upgrade ourselves.
