We have to work to earn a living and this work is of various types. People are engaged in various professions in pursuit of livelihood. I respect these working people. Today I am going to participate in the second week of season 13 "What is the most popular job in your country?" contest organized by Hind Whale community.

I country Bangladesh is agricultural country most people of my country are directly and indirectly involved in agriculture. However, it is not possible to meet the overall needs of a country with agriculture. Bangladesh has a higher number of unemployed compared to the current workplace, but several sectors have increased in popularity. Its effect can be seen especially in the case of government jobs. Also less educated people work in garment industry. With the advent of Covid-19, our country has created some young entrepreneurs who are earning through their skills. However, despite having so many workplaces, we have not been able to convert so much of our manpower into public resources.

AI (artificial intelligence) is a human-made program that can work very efficiently and accurately. However, there are not many workplaces to work with AI in Bangladesh yet. So its negative impact is still not very noticeable in my country. But to cope with the work of AI, the unskilled workers of my country are taking various courses to skill themselves and prepare themselves not to lose their jobs under the influence of AI. If the use of AI takes off in full swing, the speed of work will increase and some unskilled workers may lose their jobs. It can happen only in IT sector.
How to reduce rising unemployment |

Unemployment is a curse of our country. There are about 2.6 million graduate unemployed people in Bangladesh who are sitting at home due to lack of work. Many are committing suicide out of desperation. The government is undertaking various programs to reduce unemployment but the results are zero. Below are some ideas to reduce unemployment.
- Hand-to-hand training for skill enhancement: All those who are currently sitting or trying for jobs are unskilled resulting in unemployment. So it is possible to reduce it by providing hands-on training from the beginning.
Creation of new jobs: Unemployment is increasing because there are no jobs or there are more people than there are vacancies. So some new posts can be created and the unemployed can be employed.
Helping entrepreneurs: If the government extends its helping hand to entrepreneurs, many people will be interested in becoming entrepreneurs.
It is possible to reduce unemployment by increasing skills, converting manpower into public resources and sending workers abroad.

There are different fields of work in your country and the most in demand are agriculture and garments. However, some unemployment problems are also problems in themselves and need the right solution as you have mentioned.

Ahorita podemos ver que hay muchas personas tomando cursos para manejar y manipular muy bien la inteligencia artificial con el fin de que en el futuro se puedan hacer grandes trabajos con esta nueva tecnología Lo único malo que veo aquí es que el trabajo que pudieran hacer varias personas lo hará una sola máquina.
Por donde vivo también hay muchos trabajos que tienen que ver con la Tierra o la agricultura pero como dices no es suficiente para poder abastecer todo lo que necesitamos.

es cierto que muchos trabajos y la cantidad de trabajadores hace que se desplacen a otras áreas pues todos los trabajos ya están completos.
en mi país es muy difícil encontrar trabajo en una fabrica pues es lo que muchos buscamos ya que tenemos seguro medico y sueldo asegurado y pues en otros casos hay que emprender en negocios informales vendiendo alimentos o haciendo valer algún talento.

The most common profession in Bangladesh is being attached with agriculture directly and indirectly. Here in my country Philippine it's the same too. My father is a farmer too . AI can effects human life, I think it has already taken human jobs.
