Assalamu Alaikum friends, hope everyone is well and living democratically. Going to participate in the 4th engagement challenge of the Hindwhale community today. Which selected an important topic "How is your country's democracy working" Today I will talk about my country's democracy through this challenge How is my country's democracy working.

How is democracy working in your country?

A democracy is a system of government in which all members or citizens have equal rights to elect representatives. In democratic governance, all citizens have the opportunity to elect representatives through direct voting. But in our country we lost the right to vote in 2014 thereby crippling our democracy. Which is now being demolished.

According to the constitution there are four pillars of democracy
1. Legal department: The legal department now follows the ruling party.
2.Governance: Our country is governed by a system of ruthless governance over the helpless.
3. Judiciary: Judiciary has lost its identity.
4. Media: The media has lost its momentum and is under the control of others.

Although our country is democratic, all citizens are deprived of democratic rights. As if the power is their democracy.

Is your country free from any domination?

Bangladesh formed an independent sovereign state in 1971 from the invading forces of Pakistan through 9 months of bloody war. My country is constitutionally democratic and free from hegemony. My country is free from domination by any other country or organization. We cannot let any other country or state rule over us. From this we are complete and independent.

Is your country self-sufficient in food production?

Bangladesh is an agricultural riverine country, the soil and climate of this country are very suitable for agriculture, the farmers of our country grow a lot of crops, but due to natural weather conditions, crops are destroyed in some areas every year, which disrupts the food production throughout the year. But we are not starving. Our main crop is paddy and staple food is rice and fish. We have a saying that we are Bengali in fish and rice. We have heaps of paddy, ponds full of fish, cows full of cows.

How is youth employment in your country?

Our country is a densely populated country. Youth employment has taken a terrible shape in our country. I have more educated youth than empty posts. The current number of unemployed people in our country is 26,00,000 and you can guess the situation of our youth employment.

I love my country The people of my country have repeatedly fought and struggled to win. I am hopeful that our democracy will be brought back through the struggle among us and all people in the country will have equal civil rights.

I would like to end my writing with two lines of my country's national anthem
