Greetings dear, you want to settle in other countries like Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Japan in three countries. You plan to stay in Saudi Arabia. Here the safety of life and the two holy places for Muslims, Mecca and Medina are located. If you get a chance you want to go to Turkey, it has its own culture and lifestyle which I like. When I think of orderly countries, the first thing that comes to my mind is Japan. Japan has better life security. Good luck to you.
