Children's mental development is not only limited to books but also to extracurricular activities.
Extracurricular activities are very important for children's physical and mental development to prevent boredom. Among the extra-curricular activities, swimming, football, baseball, skating are important for physical development, while debating competitions, painting, cultural activities are important for mental development.
