Explanation

Today, I am going to share a rice cooker drawing with you all. So, without further delay, let’s get started.

Step 1

First, I gather all the necessary tools for drawing the rice cooker. Then, I lightly sketch the rice cooker. In this case, I begin by drawing the lid of the rice cooker. After that, I draw the bottom part of the rice cooker.

Step 2

To make my drawing look a bit more refined, I complete the drawing using a gel pen.

Step 3

I draw a thicker outline with the gel pen. My drawing is now complete. Next, I will move on to the coloring phase.

Step 4

Start to color

For coloring, I start with black and use it to color the oval part of the lid. I also apply black to the stand at the bottom of the rice cooker.

Step 5

	Using red on the topmost part and boarder side

Next, I use red on the topmost part of the rice cooker and also on the border of the lid.

Step 6

Using red and yellow of the bottom side

In the small box-like area at the bottom of the rice cooker, I color one of the round shapes with yellow and the other with red. For the bottom parts, I apply red to one section and yellow to the other. Usually, when we turn on the rice cooker, the red light comes on, and when the rice is cooked, the yellow light comes on. From that perspective, I have used these two colors here.

Step 7

	Using light shade of black

Next, I use white on the lid of the rice cooker and apply a light shade of black to the handles on both sides of the rice cooker.

Step 8

Now, for the bottom part of the rice cooker, I will use a mix of several colors. First, I apply sky blue and then mix red and yellow to achieve the final color.

Step 9

	Selfie with my drawing

From the picture, you can surely understand that my drawing is now complete. I will now capture a selfie with my drawing.
