Smores - Everybody's Favorite!
Who could ever resist the sweet, indulgent taste of these cookies? Luckily, it's so easy to prepare!
Here are the ingredients you need to prepare these gooey smores cookies:
1 cup crushed Grahams
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cornstarch
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
10 tbsp unsalted butter stored at room temperature
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
marshmallow
Hershey's chocolate
To cook:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
Create a well in the bowl of dry ingredients. Add the liquid mixture. Mix until you form a cookie dough.
Cut cookies into small pieces.
Arrange them on a baking sheet. Top with marshmallows.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Add the slices of Hershey's chocolate on top.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
Let cool in a cooling rack.
